Refund policy

We take great care to make sure your order is perfect.  If your order is not cut as ordered, please return the panel in question and we will send you a new panel.

The Shelf Help plywood pieces are a raw, unfinished material, and may have small defects.  In some cases, the edge banding may be fragile or experience damage in shipping.  This is normal, and easily repairable on the final finish.  No returns are accepted for panels cut to the right dimensions.
